The building’s bold unique use of color introduced challenges early in the project, requiring precise coordination to ensure the framing and doors seamlessly matched adjacent materials and fulfilled the customer’s specifications. A single-span curtain wall serves as the focal point of the main lobby, while smaller, multi-colored aluminum storefront windows wrap around the rest of the building. A custom mix of three paint colors and Class 1 clear anodized aluminum added unique design elements. Since the completion of the project, Glasco has maintained a strong relationship with Friends for Animals, continuing to service their glass, storefront, door, and hardware needs.
