Since joining Glasco in 1986, Vicki has brought over 35 years of expertise in accounting and finance to the team. She manages a broad portfolio of key functions, including accounting, payroll, human resources, and general office operations. A graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Vicki is an invaluable member of the Glasco team.

This perspective is supported by over 27 years of experience at Dow, including a successful eight-year stint in Asia Pacific. Alongside the skills honed at Dow, his expertise in construction and real estate development built through his company, MZ Residential Solutions, is fundamental in his role at Glasco.

Tom has been in the glass and glazing industry since 2001, starting as a Field Glazier Technician before transitioning into project management. He holds multiple key certifications that strengthen his skills in the field. He oversees projects from start to finish, bringing strong communication skills, attention to detail, and expertise in architectural framing systems.

Paul has over a decade of experience in the industry, starting in fabrication before joining Glasco as an installer. After completing his apprenticeship, he transitioned to project management and later to estimating. Paul excels at providing solutions to keep projects on budget and bringing ideas to life, from minor repairs to large commercial builds.
